Update situation IBS,internal hemorrhoids, anal fissure still searching for what i have..

Hi guys,quick story..1 year ago i've had a bad stomach pain,diarrhoea,blood with stool and when to GP and been diagnosed with IBS,then an specialist said i have internal hemorrhoids with anal fissure (they go hand in hand,he said)did treatment 2 months all good until now,stool looks good,peeing looks normal.The left side still feels that something is not normal(i have no pain or unable to care work of something) and under the belly button,between the bladder and lower spin feels like something is there(don't know how to explain the feeling),so symptoms short are :Left side discomfort/feeling that disturbs me(more mentally),anus presure when sitting up(walking is fine,sitting down fine) and feeling of "something" between bladder and lower spin(like pressure,no pain),thanks.

Mentally is killing me,because i don't know what is it and how to improve my life still(what to eat,what to drink etc) ,so please any advice or people with same experience.
