Anxiety and IBS rant

I have Thai boxing in an hour and I love it but my ibs is playing up (not really bad but enough for me to notice) this makes my anxiety crazy! Just sucks feel like I have to work twice as hard to get half as far 😔

I get that to Im fine until I have to go out and then my mind goes haywire with what ifs theres no toilet and then the pain starts I think I need to go when I do nothing happens so more anxiety also if I dont go before I leave home I start to panic
