Just feeling so low

So having yet another bad day, had to miss work again, I’m off more than I’m in at the moment! Thank goodness it’s a voluntary job, but still feel guilty at letting them down. Pain is bad today, not sure what set it off, but just feel so low and fed up, just want to sit and sob😢. Finally got a dietician appointment in a couple of weeks, been waiting 7months. Pining my hopes on them, have tried everything else. Not expecting a miracle, but hoping for one🤞🏼, feel as though everyday is a battle at the moment😫

I've found that sometimes when I talk on the phone to someone who understands it's more helpful and personal. But of you're not up to that I'd completely understand.

I totally understand. It is difficult to lead a normal life when the stomach is all over the place. And of course it affects the whole body physically and mentally.

I went to London visiting a relative for the weekend and my strict regime for constipation went out the window. Now back feeling absolutely rotten.
