Also as I have not been dealing with my symptoms and they been getting me very down my GP put me on antidepressants what I tried but didn’t really wanna go on and lately has asked to come off and slowly my GP taken me off but now I don’t know what todo to try and manage my symptoms and to improve my mental health and feel totally lost so any advice would be greatful!!!

Sadly, IBS and anxiety/ depression often go hand in hand. If you are coming off antidepressants, please do it very slowly and carefully and with the help of your GP. Do you think a talking therapy might help you? Perhaps ask the GP for a referral? There is a lot of collective knowledge and support on this site that you can tap into.
