They should contain the strain bifidum infants. 3 billion not very strong . Apparently they are the same formula as VSL 3 wkich is the one the NHS prescribe . Nightmare out there as they are not regulated!

Yes had them and they are good as all H & B probiotics are - if you not had probiotics before it is recommended you start low and slow and build up

I got them on the weekend I been taking for 5 days plus I brought the pure aloe Vera juice :)
