Found this great study worth a read

This is great. It has put together a bunch of info on IBS dietary intake studies and put them together in an easy to read current guideline. There are some very interesting medical bits in there also if you enjoy knowing the integral facts. But stops you wasting time on dodgy diet websites. This is the recent medical research facts.

I agree. Sometimes it is hard to know what is fact and what is fantasy. I enjoy reading technical stuff, as I am surmising, do you. But I know it puts some people off.

That's the problem with medical studies. They can indeed be conflicting.
