Like intense grab your bed sheets and clench and turn. Ya know.
But I'm pretty sure it's only when its large portions.
Because dosen't most stuff nowadays have something with a little quinoa in it?
And my pain is just alot of intense burning. I know it's coming when my throat starts to burn after 20 mins. Then my stomach... Ibs included. I've have ibs for about 2 years now.
Good to know now. Any additional help or stories will be appreciated.

I have learned over the years to avoid any foods with a lot of fiber, they are a major IBS trigger. My guess is the fiber is irritating and promotes too much peristalsis in the colon, both things an IBS sufferer should avoid at all cost.
PS - Eliminating sugar and nearly all starches was a big help too.
