Vitamin & Mineral supplements suitable for someone with IBS D

Hello. Can anyone recommend a suitable effective vitamin and mineral supplement that won’t aggravare IBS D please.

I’ve just found out the one I’ve been taking has a yeast in it which can cause diarrhoea! Others I’ve looked at have ingredients on the high FODMAPS list.

Yes. This may help you. My go to Vitamin/Mineral supplements are from VitaTree Nutritionals in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They have a website with ALL their offerings. They are 100% Whole Food with NO additives, chemicals etc. Dr. Jeanine Bowring, Naturapathic Doctor developed the line. If you contact her, or one of her staff experts, and tell them what and why you are looking for they will tell you. They are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy or I would not recommend the line or them. When you buy from them, it is a little more expensive because of the pure ingredients with NO harmful additives, hence Whole Food supplements. If they do not have the correct item for you they will perhaps refer you to a reputable party that may have what you are looking for.

I do hope this helps. I think they will be able to help you. Good Luck.

Just for info, when you buy over the counter vitamins/minerals most of them are so full of chemicals and additives you only get a 10nth of the principal ingredient and the hard tablets do not break down adequately in your system, so in the long run buying a whole food supplement in a capsule is cheaper, and safer imo. I have researched for years for my own benefit and can recommend VitaTree with confidence for their products. I would use no other.
