Baked beans ??

Soooo!! I decided to try a few days of just eating fresh baked bread, rice, chicken tuna and bananas!! I seemed to be ok on that diet! Yesterday, because I'd had a good few days, I thought I know I'll try some baked beans on my toast and oh boy, have I been suffering today?? - I never suffer straight after eating the foods it's always the next day?? Anyone know why that is?? Is it when digested food hits the rectum?? Also, I have a metallic taste, dose anyone else get his regularly?? Xx

Yeah I have his book! He says about trying the low fibre foods so I'm gonna give that a go! Looks like yellow food for me 😂Xx

Sorry to hear you had the same day as me yesterday! I would never have thought baked beans could do that to you, only since I've got IBS, I was totally shocked at how much poop one person could produce!!!! I lived off them as kid too!!! only had half a can which I thought was a normal portion!!?? Well I know now not to have them again!! Xx

Baked beans affect me too....and mushy peas. Eaten both all my life, but seems like not any more. Hope you're feeling better now Flik22. x
