Removing community

how do i remove myself from a community that I am finding triggering

Hi sammy

If it is a community on health unlocked you can un follow. If you look at top right of the page on that community it says following, just click on that to unfollow.

You can see which communities you are following by clicking on the thing that looks like a telephone keypad on the left hand side of top of page if you need to find the community you are talking about.

I hope this makes sense. I'm on an iPad, hopefully it the same if you are on a laptop.

If you are talking about the community where you live 🏠🏠🏠. the only option I can think about is to play the lotto......oh please let me win first tho! Need to move to a nice house with no shouting, squealing, horrible neighbours.
