I had one done yesterday morning. Was much worse in my head than the reality, although not pleasant. Absolutely hated taking Moviprep the day before though, and then got told I shouldn't have been given that as they usually just give an enema! Ugh.

Are you having to have one? Hope it goes well for you if so!

Thanks for replying.bhad one this afternoon and painful experience, as well as unpleasant. I have to go back for colonoscooy with sedation as too painful to carry on. Only good news was no abnormalities found. Love maggie

I had one and they only got to 35 cm as it was so painful :( DId they say how far they got?

Hi, they didn't say how far but, like you, very painful and feel quite rough today. They now want me to have a colonocopy with sedation but I've honestly has enough tests for the time being. Each one comes up negative, so why out myself thru it again. Thanks from a very fed up Maggie. Xx

Hi just out of interest...I've had contrast dye x-ay, 2 CT scans, cytoscopy, and a bladder probe and a sigmoidoscopy and nothing shows, this in a period of 4 years. Fed up with no answers and no treatment, anyone feel the same???
