Does anyone know if you can take movicol with these (Bifiodobacteria & fibre) ?

I have tried everyday optibac tablet's and one week flat but they are now having little effect.

Hello 😊 Not too good if I'm honest. I only wear them if I go out because I wear headphone at home the walls are paper thin and I don't want to disturb the neighbors with the TV. I find it all to much when I go out and often end up taking them out because they give me earache. Thank you for asking. How are you?

I don’t see why you can’t take both. I have prescriptions for both movicol and a probiotic- very strong one, VSL3. I have tried other probiotics but some can make constipation worse.

I take optibac probiotics but have never tried these. Would be interested to hear how you get on.

Did the high strength one a day just stop working for you? I take this at the same time as one that used to be called bowel calm.
