Tight feeling.

I'm wondering if anyone else ever gets a tight feeling in the stomach area? It feels like its all being squeezed really right and feels really uncomfortable. I do suffer with IBS and I take Mebeverine 3 times daily. I have noticed a pattern to when I get these feelings other than maybe when I've eaten a lot of junk. I currently have a hot water bottle on my tummy,hoping the heat might relax things a bit. Can anyone else relate?

I do get that feeling too. Really down low. It feels like tight muscles and a constructing feeling. I don’t know exactly what causes it, but I feel it a lot too. It’s teally uncomfortable. :/

Yes, I get that feeling, too, along with other kinds of pain. Hurts to walk or stand. Feels like my insides will fall out. Hard to believe it’s all from IBS. My Dr. has scheduled more tests, but too sick to go. Does your stomach pain keep you awake at night?
