Hi Bex. Yes I suffer terrible with this and have done for a long long time. It dosnt even have to be trigger foods lately, it can be within 5 mins of eating anything at all. It comes with a sudden urgency and I literally have to run to the bathroom. I totally feel your pain! Do try to drink plenty to stay hydrated during episodes of this. (I'll also add that I may also have crohns disease as well as ibs as they found a few small ulcers during my last colonoscopy, so I've taken a fecal test this week to check for inflammation that may point to a crohns flare but I have been told that this diarreah issue could still be an ibs issue). I wish you well 😊

Well im a weird one im generally ibs-c but if i eat onions or cream( found out i was dairy inlerant about 8 months ago) i will b straight on toilet for hours!

I was told by gastro to take a good probiotic , digestive enzyme and peppermint oil capsules and they have settled my stomach amazingly. Also cut out dairy obviously and gluten
