Hi I've taken my first sachet of picolax can you tell me how long it takes to work

With me it was 2-3 hours and was no where near as dramatic as I thought. X

Thanks it's been 6 hours I've had one bowel movement nothing much but nothing since 😕 My appt is tomorrow afternoon I was told to eat normally as I'm diabetic fell asleep so didn't take first dose til 17:30 today so no sure when best time to take second one

Any advice ?
