I'm from US. We get Braggs in our supermarket.

I've been using Braggs for a month now and I think it has really evened out the way my gut is working. For me though a one day TRE, (google TREUK) workshop has changed the intensity of everything.

Hope that helps

I justed wanted to thank you so very much for posting the TRE info. Although I have beaten IBS, I still felt I had tension in my body, particularly in my knees (a pressure point that is linked to the bowels). The TRE certainly did the trick. If you hadn't posted this, I would probably never have heard about it (I live in France).

Have a great day!

Alison

I'm so happy that you told me this chance read helped Alison. It has helped me with social stress and 'taken the edge off' in different areas. How did you beat IBS? I'm still suffering a bit

What are you having particular problems with?

I have just found your website. It's really helpful information and I recognise some of my symptoms from it. I had very bad symptoms up until recently but now it is mostly lots of gas so the vid on your site is great to understand the process. I'll sign up for the updates

The gas could also be coming from Sibo or Candida if you have been having bad digestion for a while. Worth looking into: sickofibs.com/ibs-symptoms/...

Never tried it but was rwccomended Aflorex and wonder if anyone has tried it ?

Have you tried your own intolerance tests by leaving one food group out of your diet for at least 2/3 weeks keeping a food and symptom diary to monitor any changes

I've heard is can be good in some situations my nephew had gut isssues and it fixed him. I only even had it once. And hated it - it's quite abrasive and it could further damage the lining if yours is inflamed.' Best thing is to research it on the net

I agree with you I had it once and hated it and it is abrasive especially if you have any inflammation. My nephew had it and it fixed his gut issues but it's not for everyone. Research it.

It made me worse... the acidity in it has caused it I think... but: Watch this, practically I healed myself with the help of this guy, had very bad symptoms for a year or so, literally thought I will die... then I changed my lifestyle, got rid of bad habits, went into sports, exercises, healthy diet and in a matter of 3 months, I got completely reborn... ;) don't take any medication, it won't help you, go natural, that is the key... ;) wish you success! youtu.be/MYKdLeL3SGo

Can a moderator who is in charge of this list please remove this guy? He is obviously selling something, as every single question asked he is responding to with this video, a supposed cure-all for all of us.
