evening all my other half has diarrhoea can he feed and change our baby still. our baby is 6 weeks old and has not had any jabs yet

If it is IBS or food poisoning it's not contagious but if it is a a virus it can be passed on to the baby ... As far as my experience goes

Hi if at all possible its best he doent change nappies till better.

Dont wrry about the vaccines-my doughter was VERY premmature ( 26wks and 1lb60z ) and could not have any ! and is perfectly ok-34 now.

Its best to let them get chicken pox etc thats the best immunity

If his diarrhoea is from IBS then yes it's ok to feed, handle the baby. If he thinks it's something else then no until he is checked out by GP and submitted a sample and it's analysed. People need to be so thorough when handling the baby and wash hands before and after
