JUNK FOOD.

Hello all,

Hope you are well,

Do you react when you eat junk food? As in IBS-C not D.

I feel so so sluggish and bloated and just awful because I am a university student and have been eating very poorly this exam season due to stress.

Anyone else? Or any suggestions to detox?

Can you up the water you drink? What about fruit pots instead of crisps and other snacks? I was a mature student couple years back so know what endless study can do and would have a bowl of grapes when revising rather than junk snacks. Every little helps!! Good luck with your exams

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! thanks for being so understanding. I will try and drink more water for sure and opt for more nourishing options and see if my IBS improves x

Yes junk food just not good for you especially in frequent amounts. Try having a bit of fruit and more water x

thanks for the advice, i guess its just stress eating really :O its rly irritating my IBS. I guess both the stress and junk food are'nt doing me any favours :( x

Junk food is the worst especially for constipation! It digests soo badly! I make a big batch of say stew or lasagne or cottage pie and divide it up and freeze some for days I am too tired to cook.
