IBS medication
If it's not working it's not right for you. I was prescribed Dicyclomine (bentyl) that worked for a couple months then stopped working so I quit taking it. I am not anti-medication. My gosh, I would drop to my knees (not an easy feat at 67) if something would work but do not believe in taking something that does not work.
Hi I have NEVER heard of the meds and it depends on what sort of IBS I take Spasmonal or mebeverine and imodium syrup and peracetamol or codine and morphine-I have the constant loos stools type. I am now incontinant.
But its different for people with IBS/CONSTIPATION
Best Wishes
Hi, I've never heard of either of those. I get stomach cramps so take Buscupan which works reasonably well but I have changed my diet a fair bit and eat a more soluable fibre diet which has helped a fair bit.
Normaxin rt is Chlordiazepoxide, Clidinium Bromide, Dyclomine and Ranitidine as an active ingredients .
This is SharmaSurinder logged in 919816514518 . Been suffering since last 25 yrs . Tried all the medication prescribed by many different meds . Endoscopy and colonoscopy tests were all fine . Psyllium husk is I think is one of the best cure with 60% positive results . Can try with no side effects .
Wish you well . Have a great day.
Few years back I got myself through checked up in one of the well known hospital here in India .All the test reports were negetive . After an hour of counselling the doc prescribed Prozac for 15 days . Prozac was one of the worst experience of my life . I quit taking it the very second day .
