Think my ibs has returned

I've not had ibs in 10years I had it due to a divorce 10years ago. however over the last month I've had constipation/lose stools.I know ibs can go with the condition I've got fibromyalgia but my bowel movements are normal blood tests came back normal as did stool tests the only thing the hospital picked up in November was an aneurysm on my spleen Whitch required no treatment by surgery only a repeat ct scan Whitch I'm getting on Saturday I'm otherwise healthy and well
