Hi lainey, I was prescribed that about 9 months ago and took it before back when it was prescribed by my gp but I have also recently reused it. I took it before I went to bed and I have to admit, it was a painful nights sleep! I was cramping a lot and had to get up at 6am immediely to go to the toilet. It makes you go a lot. I didn't like it because I used it for 2 days in a row and was still very bloated and had diarrhoea because it is a very strong laxative. I also noticed that after I stopped using it, my constipation hot worse because my bowels were so used to the pressure of Constella and the force of pushing waste out. So I still felt sluggish and bloated after use. I would suggest trying. It for 2 consecutive days where you won't be going out at all because It really makes you go! And see how you feel, personally I didn't feel empty , I felt like there was still something inside that still wanted to be released (in the nicest way possible haha) but I would try it and see if I were you. Be prepared for strong cramping and going to the toilet a lot the next day. Good luck hope it gets better! Xxx
Hi
I have had it and yes it worked but the pain of the cramps were unbearable so I stopped taking it and now have laxido which is much better all my meds are on prescription as I don't think you should take laxatives without the doctors advice.
Good luck treez
