Hi there I have been getting s weird feeling in my chest there's no pain or pressure or anything but sometimes I need to take. Big breath as if it takes my breath away I have also been expercing bowel problems and anus is sometimes sore and itchy the feeling in my chest as if I need to burp but can't lol I'm a 25 year old male

The feeling in your chest could be the result of worrying about your bowel problems. I get it too and do as you do just have to take deep breaths. I think it's just another of the things IBS gives us as all of us tend to worry. Try some hypnotism or similar in the form of a self help app just to try and calm yourself. You could also try yoga or similar methods, but the main thing is just try to keep yourself calm and not get the better of you. You could also go to GP if it really worries you just to rule out anything else. Good luck

It may be best to talk to your GP about the uncomfortable feeling you are having in your chest

I can get this sometimes it could be anxiety , indegestion ? have you tried indegestion tablets ? if it goes away then you may have found your answer as it can cause breathlessness ,

also the itchy anus could be irritation from something you have passed or even a pile ? a chemist should be able to give you something for that , anusol or similar would take the itch away ,

a visit to the GP is the best option though good luck

The sensation you are feeling is not uncommon at all... I've gone though that myself... I'm sure it is just anxiety of sorts because of your worrying. Holly has a good idea about checking with your dr... sometimes we just need that extra reassurance that all is well. Take care!

I sometimes have this at night it's like my heart beats really hard just for a second, makes me gasp ,I've had ECG nothing , I think maybe wind in my case , I have hyatus hernia Anixiety definitely , get checked out to put your mind at rest take care
