I awake with pains especially in my back passage I take two boscopan when I wake up. Does anyone else have pain when they wake up?

It sounds like you could be suffering from attacks of proctalgia fugax, a muscle spasm or cramp of the anal sphincter. I've had it a few times and it's excruciatingly painful but subsides after a few minutes.
