I have been prescribed by my doctor Mebeverine and also tried peppermint oil tablets and dont find any of those work, i spoke with my doctor on the phone today and she has told me to try the FODmap diet.

have you tried buscopan? you can buy it or have it prescribed.
I have gone through the same as you and just been back to my doctor after peppermint oil tablets and mebrevine didn't work. I have been prescribed buscopan, so will give it a go, I hope it works
