Hi I'm Millie and I'm 16. I haven't been diagnosed with endometriosis but I have most of the symptoms and my mother had it and I was wondering what are some of the things that could help ease my pain when I can't get out of bed or walk. Thank you

Sorry you’re going through this. I started with it at around 14 (now 34)
I find hot water bottles and heat patches help a lot. If you google beyou patches they help. There is also tens machines which are great.
Make sure you see your GP when you can and don’t be scared to be honest with how it is effecting you. Just remember no one knows your body better than you do.
Doing a lot a research on Endo helps aswell because unfortunately we are still not believed and it’s still a battle to get help.
The more educated you are the better.
Instagram has a huge Endometriosis community which makes you feel less alone.
If you need any advice please ask away.
