Sudden pain?

When you first realized your pain and symptoms, were they very sudden or were they always there? I've had my period for around three years and was never too concerned about anything, I always had cramps but I wouldn't call them severe, until a couple months ago when I started getting some intense pain out of no where. Now my pain seems to get more intense by the day.

My periods started really quite irregular, I was put on the pill to help this when I was 14, around 15/16 the pain really become quite intense. It might be helpful to keep a diary and track your symptoms and pain levels if you can. This has made things a lot more easier for me as I often just pass my period diary to my doctor xx
