Thank you to everyone who has taken part in our Improving Brain Tumour Care surveys. We encourage those who haven’t taken part yet or want to complete another survey to share your experience and help us improve brain tumour treatment and care for all.

We’ll use the findings to work with centres to share best practice and raise standards so that wherever you live you can access the best treatment and care.

Your experience matters, take part and make your voice heard. Together we can create the change that’s needed.

When my meningioma was diagnosed and successfully removed nearly 4 years ago my treatment from ambulance to A&E, then neurosurgery at Southampton and finally local GP support was world class. However, my family and I found it really hard after my initial diagnosis to find the right support and information as this was all brand new and scary for us. Once I found the Brain Tumour Charity website and Facebook support groups it was an absolute revelation and relief as we didn’t feel alone any more.

I decided to share my experience by completing the Improving Brain tumour care surveys - which only took me a few minutes to complete. I wanted to give this feedback to ensure other members of the brain tumour community can get access to the best care and support. I’m so pleased I had the chance to share my experiences to help others like us 😁
