Update after 40 days of medication

Hi everyone. I hope you all are doing well. Just wanted to share update on what I'm experiencing right now.

I was told that Im no longer infectious after the doctor's checked my sputum. They removed Ethambutol from my medicines. Overall, my appetite is good, I gained around 4 kgs since the start of medication. Cough ... well let me discuss it below .

So I stopped getting cough for the past 3 weeks. But since the last two days I felt itchy in my chest and that too when I lifted something heavy. I tried coughing deliberately to check sputum color. Surprisingly just once but a tiny sputum came brown. Others were just like saliva. So i got a bit worried by this.I ate something two hour ago before testing sputum. I don't feel the kind of cough I had before medication but this little incident scared me. Anyone with similar experience?

Update: I'm trying to force out sputum. And I am still getting small brown . Though they are very small. I am worried what they might be. I remember giving sputum samples and never got anything at that time.
