Ongoing TB treatment - weight loss, headache and numbness

Has anyone here continue to lose weight (like 1-2 kgs) even on TB treatment already for 2 months or more? I've been asymptomatic ever since. Only weight loss is the evident sign. I just knew that I have TB during an annual checkup (xray). Also, been feeling a bad headache everyday like there's a tight band around my head. It started just recently, but I am already about 3 months on treatment. Sometimes, there's tingling sensation in my head as well. And my forehead always goes numb. Is this somewhat related to having vitamin B deficiency due to this TB meds? and will this pain/numbness ever go away? or will vitamin B complex (higher dosage) really help?

Hello - unfortunately there is no straight answer here. TB can come with many symptoms, the lack of vitamin is a big one, but either way if you feel something’s not right, then it would only be sensible to speak to your TB team. hope you feel well soon
