Hi Callumlee123,

I am the moderator so I have no direct experience of TB, however I do have experience of fybromyalgia. I would strongly recommend Pilates. It stretches out the knots in your body and also helps manage stress - both invaluable in managing the condition.

I hope this helps.

Best wishes,

Helen

Thank you helenc I will look into it although. I feel the fatigue is to strong for me to persist and concentrate on this but I will have a read about it. Thank you

It is worth knowing that TB can affect anything in the human body. Resistance in some kill the bacteria outright but some in varying degrees can harbor the bacteria that can re emerge later...... Quite how much later is still being debated.

I once said what if an individuals resistance is the same as that persons finger prints, unique to that individual?

I firmly believe that if a person has 'had' TB then all avenues should be pursued to eliminate the chance that the symptoms if 'felt' should be thoroughly investigated to eliminate the possibility that the symptoms are not caused by TB.

'My' TB specialist says only certain doctors know TB. The bacteria is very slow growing it has been established but to this day new science is being confirmed regarding the complexities of the cells in and around the TB cell. What was thought to be factual as regards encapsulation has been proven to be lets say moderated factually and drastically so I might add.

I have found through experience that some doctors firmly believe that if a person looks OK and is able to walk in their surgery then nothing much is wrong with them. I feel strongly that they are the ones to avoid.
