l am on TB medication and side effects hurt me so much

Thanks for getting in touch. I am glad you are seeking support to deal with your treatment side effects, as it is so important for you to take your medication. I hope we are able to help you get through this difficult time.

Have you spoken to your TB doctor or nurse about the side effects? They may be able to help adjust your treatment or prescribe medicines to alleviate the side effects. They can also help you get the support you need to get through the treatment. It is also a good idea to ask someone you love to help remind and motivate you to take your treatment, make sure you eat nutritious food and to help with day to day jobs so you can get as much rest as possible.

I don't know what symptoms you are suffering specifically, so this advice me not be appropriate to you, but it is really important to eat well whilst on your treatment. It can help you tolerate your medicine and give your body the strength it needs to recover. Six or more small meals a day may be preferable to trying to eat three big meals.
