It occurs to me that when something involving ED related stuff (i don't hunt down for them, it pops up every now and then -theres no avoiding things sometimes on Social media- ) that as more and more time has gone by, i find myself relating to them on some level more than i ever did.
Maybe i'm aware that my own habits aren't normal or out of my control that deep down i know i have an issue.

you could give Anorexia and Bulimia Care or BEAT helpline a ring and chat through your issues confidentially - that way you may sort out your thoughts and feelings re EDs and get some idea of what to do next before the issues develop further.
Ugh, social media in general is a concern for young women and men. I'd say it probably won't improve for years to come. Only that we can try for our young daughters, sons, nieces, nephews, whatever the case may be, to see themselves or life the best way possible and to not get so caught up in 'social media' and with the bodies, lives, people. But it also seems harder to do compared to 10 - 20 years ago
