I feel sick

I’m on meds and my condition is lifelong. I will always need food and love and understanding.

I was going to write something else but the meds are too strong and I have things to do.

And I can’t think of anything else?

Hi, I am sorry you are having a rough time. This is an incredibly difficult and stressful time for everyone; food, love, and understanding are essential at all times. Like you, I struggled with my ED for most of my life and I understand what that feels like. I don't know if you need to hear it, but please know you can get better. I'm a little over 2 years into recovery and I promise you it is possible <3
