I've gone backwards and struggling with feelings.

My auntie says it's normal, I had chronic pancreatitus and was unable to eat without being ill for nearly a month and since then been off my food. I then lost close friend and emotions and feelings got better of me. I'm now feeling back in the grips of my eating disorder and old habits. My auntie say after all that's happened it's understandable but although I know she's right I'm feeling down with it all. I'm also unable to work atm due to a broken foot. I'm just wondering if anyone has experience of any similar feelings who can relate.

Yeah, I have a medical condition that puts me on a werid diet and I don't know how many symptoms I will get from food. And it's starting to trigger old feelings of anxiety and wanting to restrict, around food.
