I have overshot my set point by 10kg! Wtf that’s so much but I don’t really mind it apart from the cellulite and loss of muscle. Has anyone overshot and then went back down to their natural set point ?? I’m not desperate to lose weight I just wanna know if it goes down or will this be my new body.
