Hey

Sophie I seen my therapist Wednesday we have agreed to try and find me a place on day patient as I'm really struggling at the minute I'm not well enough to drive or work so we are trying to intervene before my health gets any worse I'm quite relieved actually that hopefully I'll get a place because then I'm not on my own fighting it. But I have started to get anxious now because I don't know what to expect and obviously still don't think I'm sick enough but I know that's the ed talking

Great you recognise your need for help - and that the voice you hear is the ED - take hold of the treatment with both hands - you're so lucky to be offered this support - so many of us have no support and can't access any services to help.
