I am petrified when i see i gained weight and i restrict my calories to 500 a day. I weight myself multiple times a day and my parents and friends have noticed i have lost weight. Yes 500 calories a day is very bad for you, used to do that and it caused my heart to slow down and I was nearly hospitalized. You can't let yourself get to that point you need to eat a healthy amount of food which is nearly 4X more than what you are eating currently
Whatever label you put on it - you have a problem - and the restricting and loss of weight are going to cause you health problems - so do please seek some professional help - got to your GP or a nurse and talk to them. Don't let the problem get any more out of control. There's also useful info on the ABC website and they have a phone helpline which you could try.
