After being in recovery for three weeks and binging pretty much everynight, how many calories should I eat now I'm deciding to stop. My body has probably gotten enough calories from those weeks of overeating, so how many calories should I focus on hitting everyday to maintain now? 2000? (I'm a 5'7 14 year old male)

Are you getting any support - its so hard to deal with this without good and professional advice and help. If you're on your own - suggest you get to your GP and ask for referral to ED specialist - or at least to a dietician - I had a meal plan set for me and this really helped. ABC also have guidance on their website and a helpline which you can call.

Hello, I studied a nutrition module at college and if you look online, there is a guide to how many calories you should eat, specific to each individual as everybody is different. This is based on gender, current weight, height and energy expenditure (so that's on average how much exercise you do a week). I hope this helps :)
