Whenever I eat, no matter how much I eat, I never feel full. There's this sort of emptiness inside, like hunger.

I completely understand. I binged for 9 years and I never felt full. I don't know, for me anyway, I think it may have been sort of psychological. I don't think I was really hungry, but I was trying to use food to fill and hole that wouldn't be filled if that makes sense. What I really needed to do was fill it with love and to look after myself but I could not and so I feel like the next best thing for me was food. The thing is as well, I never realised. I didn't understand why my relationship with food was so bad until I started counselling and it helped me understand things. Maybe talking to your GP and seeing if you can get help may help?

Hope this helps!
