No where nearer

Been battling. I am stuck in the midst of disordered eating. At times i eat little, other times nothing. Then phenomenal amounts. So f@*#!!d up and desperate. My body has had enough and is waving the white flag. Where do i go from here. Thing is, i am trying my very best c

Suggest you go to your GP and ask to get referral to an ED centre - for immediate help there is the ABC website and telephone helplines - and also BEAT - don't try it alone - I did this for years - it is an illness and needs to be treated like one - also just like any other illness its not your fault and recovery does take help - so please do get to your GP and seek some help.
