Hi I'm new here, I think I have a problem with my eating, for the past few months I've only had one meal a day if I eat at all while doing half an hour cycling everyday sometimes more. I want to get help but I can't reach out myself and I don't know what to do, any advice ?

You clearly recognise you have a problem and with only one meal and cycling I would suggest you need to get some immediate help - the ABC website might be a good point to start with lots of information - and a support line. I know its hard to reach out and ask for help - but you do sound to need to get to your GP and get some specialist ED help - EDs can spiral rapidly out of control - and I know this from better experience - the longer left the hard recovery is - and your health is likely to suffer long term if things aren't dealt with - so please do have the courage to seek help asap.
