Hi there again jfk71!! ☺ Excellent, excellent, excellent you!! Here's some suggestions only. Ok, just suggestions. ☺ If you find you have to eat out ~1. try chicken and sweetcorn soup (will rehydrate you and full of protein, not full of fat). 2. piece of grilled fish 3. all salads with dressing on the side in a bowl. 4. plate of steamed vegetables - just go steamed everything ☺ Try and limit fruit intake to 1/2 small pieces a day 😯 Bananas (full of vitamin B, great for stress) ~ Pineapple (most nutrition per calorie. Well if your cooking in, try Tomato Soup, the kids can have soldiers (buttered toast cut into 3 rectangles) If the soup requires milk, use water...
Hi well I found a chicken and sweet corn soup in supermarket..one in a plastic tub... Had half....125 calories and .6 fat... Three macadamia nuts and a half rice cake. Actually thought I was going to have a heart attack. Started to literally overheat within about ten minutes and stomach cramps so bad,I almost passed out . Is this more anxiety related or my body saying no to the crap I have just put into it
