suggest you need to talk to your GP or a counsellor about these issues. you are clearly getting obsessed with weight and body image and need help to sought things out. skipping meals is the start of a problem, as is the continual weighing - so please do get some help and don't let this issue take over your life.

I agree with crazycrossstitcher that you need to seek professional help. It could be that a course of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) may help you even if your GP doesn't think it right to refer you to a specialist ED unit.
You will look best if you are eating regularly (not skipping meals). Eating regularly will mean that you won't be tempted to overeat when you do eat a meal. If you effectively "starve" your body by missing a meal, your body will tend to want to eat and eat when you do.
It is good that you have written here and recognise that you are having unhealthy thoughts about your food and body. There are helpful books and workbooks available and that is another course of action you could take in parallel with seeing whether you can get some counselling.
