Asthma review
Anyway if I’m breathless I shouldn’t be using my blue
Ventolin
inhaler as using it too much can make your asthma get out of control and very quickly! It’s quite frightening when you know more than the nurses do.

Worsening asthma since taking Fostair, despite peak flow etc. looking fine
I have been on Seretide 250 until fairly recently, and my asthma has been the best it has ever been, only needing to take
Ventolin
about once every 6 months. Since taking Fostair my asthma seems to have got gradually worse, and I am now taking
Ventolin
most days.

Pneumonia etc. 😢
I have 1000 Seretide (2x 250, morning and evenings) and use my
Ventolin
far too much. Again, I have been back and forth so much to the asthma nurse etc. it’s starting to depress me as she just says increase the Seretide, which I am not sure is really doing the job! Arg!

Symbicort inhaler - Safe ? - New Here
This Doc switched me to Symbicort inhaler and a tablet called Montelukast, Now I've read a bit I'm concerned I've made a grain leap from
Ventolin
which maybe is too much. Any feedback on experiances with these drugs appriciated, as it scares me a little. Thank you.

‘Flu Inoculations 2017’
The medical profession deny this vehemently and say it could not happen because it is not a “live vaccine” So, how then within 6 hours did l feel the need to “step up” from my
Ventolin
inhaler to my nebuliser? Anyone else affected? Love to hear any comments please. Thank you! 💕 Chloe

Brittle Asthma.
So Nurse started me off on steroids plus Antibodies, Spiriva Respimat, DuoResp and
Ventolin
inhalers. She also put in place an Asthma plan and gave me two telephone numbers in case I need to contact her or her team.

Asthma and Croup
Since then we have been taking Becotide (daily) and
Ventolin
(when required). In the subsequent year and a half, we have been to A&E approx 8 times, 3 of these times, by ambulance as his breathing had become so laboured.

Not Asthmatic Diagnosis
I asked the pharmacist about a medicine for cough during exercise and he gave me
Ventolin
. When I tried it, my peak flow increased 15%. Today in the morning I used it again but it didn't work and I had breath shortness with cough. I didn't see a doctor until now. Is this asthma or something else?

Chemical type fumes ( reflux?) causing problems in upper airways
Get frustrated as they all keep on , initially, pushing
ventolin
at me which I keep on repeating makes no difference ( this is due to leak flow being ).

Phyllocontin?
I'm also on Flixotide and
Ventolin
inhalers. I am nervous to start the reducing process. When I forget to take a tablet in the morning, I get a severe headache and end up taking an afternoon nap where I go into a deep sleep.

The doctor told me to use my
ventolin
every four hours last night and today, every six hours tomorrow and then every eight on Sunday. He said this would help to stop my asthma from flaring up again and was surprised I'd never been told this before.

Beware of misdiagnosis! My story...
Finally my diagnosis was adjusted to asthma/copd (ACOS) and I was discharged with
ventolin
and high dose Fostair inhalers.
