[/i] Not all of us do well on a BTKi drug or venetoclax but we may do brilliantly on a PI3K drug, provided the risk is acceptable.

A few weeks ago began my starter pack of Venetoclax, WBC 6. Week 3 of V, stopped acalbrutinib and started V. Last week I started 200mg of V (my max dose because I'm also on carvedilol for palpations for almost 7 years now, which increases the bioavailability of V).

I know I have posted before about being in the Phase II trial with the drugs ublituximab, umbralisib, and 2 years of venetoclax. Again, the trial was suspended because there was no benefit seen on the arm using umbralisib.

In sept I started Obinutuzumab&Venetoclax and have my 4th IV of O next week and am on the full 400mg of V per day with all going well except for about 2hrs discomfort from the V pills each day. All blood numbers are pretty much normal now and hoping for the best.

I’m on Venetoclax and Rituxan for NHL. I need to go to the dentist. I think it’s a cavity but my luck, a root canal. What is a good antibiotic to take that does not interact with Venetoclax? I’m not getting any answers from my oncologist.

I’ve had 3 x atrial fibrillation episodes from previous CLL related triggers - FCR, pneumonia & Venetoclax start-up, all recovered ok by DCR. So with that apparent susceptibility I’m now a little unsure about going ahead with E.

Does anyone have experience successfully importing an effective Venetoclax from India? Here in NZ the drug would cost over $ 100, 000 which I dont have, Thanks

good evening ( well it is in Wales) I am about to start treatment on venetoclax and obinutuzumab . I am extremely nervous but having been given a choice of treatment with the help of my medical support I have chosen this road .

Now just finished a 12 month course of Obinutuzumab and Venetoclax. Can anyone advise if that treatment is likely to affect my previous vaccinations and is it advisable to have boosters?

In reading the recent immunotherapy trial reports it has me worried and it makes me wonder if my husband will go into remission...He is doing very well (with no side affects) in a Dana-Farber study (he is on Acalabrutinib- since March and Obinutuzuimab IV (last dose in August) and Venetoclax).

My husband has been on venetoclax for 3 years and a recent bone marrow biopsy shows cancer is growing and is up to 60%. His oncologist wants to put him on Pirtobrutinib, but it isn’t available yet. Does anyone know we can gain early access to this drug? He is 76 , diagnosed 13 years ago.

Hi I'm expecting to end treatment in October after ibunitzimab and Venetoclax However I've had my dosage altered and I'm concerned that if I don't maintain 400g of Venetoclax my treatment will be extended. Does anyone have any experience to share

Finished 12 months of Venetoclax and Obinutuzumab 2022. Had a CT scan last week. All my lymph nodes are now back to normal! Just thought that anyone faced with the prospect of treatment might find this helpful.

I'm 3 months into my Calquence and just starting thr 2nd week of the Venetoclax. Tiredness and headaches have been my main symptoms. Taking calquence is like taking a Tylenol - uneventful. ( so grateful!) Amidst my lab checks, I've learned they are so much improved!

In 2020, the decision was made to start treatment with obinutuzumab + venetoclax due to: very large spleen; wbc - 175; hgb - 10.5.

The started him on Venetoclax and obinituzumab after giving him prednisone. His paralysis improved for a while and the lesions on his brain shrunk quite a bit over the last couple months.
