Be aware of confusing stomach symptoms – lesson learned !!!
I started taking the
Venetoclax
after dinner about 2 months ago and I think that caused this. ( I found out I was supposed to take it with food) Before that I was taking the
Venetoclax
with Imbruvica before bed.

Venetoclax - hallucinations?
She stopped Imbruvica two weeks ago in preparation for
Venetoclax
. She ended up in the hospital for 5 days after receiving two days of infusions to prepare for the
Venetoclax
. Horrible pain, unable to keep anything down (her first dose of V came back up after 5 min).

Venetoclax and spleen enlarging
My husband is on an ibrutinib
venetoclax
combo trial. His spleen reduced after initial few months on ibrutinib but after 4 doses of Ven, it looks nearly as large as before treatment. Anyone on Ven experience something similar? Thank you.

Hi guys, I've been selected for the Ibrutinib/
Venetoclax
trial. I'm just waiting to be "randomised" for whatever treatment I end up with. Must admit I'm getting a little bit anxious about it all.

Stem cell transplant
Preparing to go onto a trial with Ibrutinib and
Venetoclax
. Glands swollen and large all over. I am 11q unmutated lymphocytes trending upwards at 50 and last month were 33. Hb going slightly downwards but not bad. Everything else good.

Trying to help an acquaintance who lives close to the Black Sea,in Georgia, who has just been told that her CLL has turned into B-PLL.
I mentioned to her that I thought that
venetoclax
and Ibrutinib "might" be preferred treatments. Any suggestions that might be helpful,as to what opportunities might be available to her? Thank you.

Venetoclax Plus Rituximab Is Superior to Bendamustine Plus Rituximab (Murano Study)
Today on the ASH 2017 Meeting, the results of the Murano Study were published: https://ash.confex.com/ash/2017/webprogram/Paper109076.html I was one of the 389 participants in this trial and off course I am very happy with the conclusion, demonstrating that treatment with VR resulted in outcomes superior

Emerging CLL treatments beyond Imbruvica and Venetoclax. I am not an expert - though. Feel free to copy , edit and repost.
Hello, I am on a trial of Imbruvica and
Venetoclax
and doing well so far. I am 17P deleted so I am looking at future options- if needed. Fortunately there are a lot of new emerging treatments. I am not an expert - though. Feel free to add on copy , edit and repost!

If
venetoclax
fails then a 350 mile drive for clinical trials. Oh my~sorry for being so winded. I’m trying to take care of my self and thought hearing others would bring me peace and hope. Thank you in advance for your kindness.

Road to a BMT... oops just got there
Last time you heard from me/us was when my husband Mark began failing on Ibrutinib in Feb. 2017 and he was going to start
Venetoclax
and we went through quite the ordeal as his CLL wanted no part of it and it took us at least 3 weeks to finally get a response.
