advice on adding T3?
High
TPO
antibodies, TSH 46, low T/T3. Started on levothyroxine, titrated currently to 125 µg daily. I’ve been fine for over 9 years, but have been experiencing gradual hypothyroid symptoms including mild fatigue, weight gain, patches of dry skin, loss of lateral third of eyebrow hair, etc.

TPO

152 IU/mL last June
and
211 IU/mL currently
(range for both is <34).

Plasma Metabolomics Reveals Systemic Metabolic Alterations of Subclinical and Clinical Hypothyroidism
This paper does what I have long been waiting for. Takes some blood, just the serum, and do a comprehensive analysis of pretty much everything they can detect in that serum. The subjects were divided into Control, Subclinical Hypothyroid and Hypothyroid groups. They found clear differences

Complete newbie advice please
Hi everyone, I’ve joined because I went for a load of tests at hospital including thyroid function tests (due to chronic rashes and illness I was having trying to find cause) whilst all my bloods were normal, I was told my
TPO
antibodies were elevated at 242 suggestive of possible future thyroid disease

Thyroditis, short suppressed TSH
looking back in my records from 2014 it appears i had 2 short suppressed TSH and a normal T3 ( can't find the T3 value🙄) with what the endo said was a thyroiditis episode with the possibility of this being subclinical HYPERthyroidism, (

subclinical hypothyroidism but all the symptoms
Just had a private blood test and
TPO
at 127 and TG at 144 suggesting Hashimotos? A year ago my GP told me TSH result wasn't enough to cause symptoms! Another appointment soon with a different GP. Should I be pushing for medication?
