Was put on xarelto and chemo pills-tafinlar/mekinst. was told there is a moderate risk xarelto might not be as effective. Anyone have had this happen to them. They want to put me on lovenox twice a day

Since diagnosis I have been on several different chemo drugs and am currently on Tafinlar which is an oral drug I take twice a day.
