My thyroid seems worse with every dose increase.

I had good numbers still felt awful. I switched to armor.

Increasing Armour in response to lowered thyroid absorption/function...ok?
I'd rather swap in some Armour and lower my
Synthroid
dose to get the T3 but I'm willing to give T3 one more shot if that is what is highly recommended. Thanks in advance.

My thyroid story-Part 1, Thyroiditis
So, he diagnosed subclinical hypothyroid and started me on 75 mcg levothyroxine (
synthroid
). This was in December 2022. So, the doc prescribed 3 months worth of
synthroid
and left it at that.

How long to recover from levothyroxine overmedication?
I was overmedicated on
synthroid
(tsh 0.05, normal free T4). I changed my dosage to the correct dosage 10 weeks ago and I am still having overmedicated symptoms and my tsh is now normal and has been for the last month.

Rawr!
That was on
Synthroid
only (225 mcg) & I could not even function through a day with that one, it was weirdly the absolute worse time period with intense brain fog, narcolepsy-like instant sleep (not being dramatic), crazy hair loss & the inability to write a sentence without missing entire words.

CBD interfering with Synthroid and Cytomel??
Does anyone use CBD gummies for pain and sleep at night? Doe CBD interfere with Thyroid Meds. I don't use the CBD very often, and have seen that separating the 2 by a few hours is recommended? thanks

Switch from MMF to Mycophenolic Acid
Currently, I also take 5.5 mg Tacrolimus daily,
Synthroid
, and Depakote. Has any one out here experienced the same symptoms? Does it take more time to adjust to the EC-MPS? Could I be suffering from another conditions/ side-effect from the immunosuppressant drugs?

expired synthroid
I need solid information about expired
synthroid
? My
synthroid
expired 12 days and I didn’t realize. My endo claims that it doesn’t expire. However some pharmacies agree and some don’t. Does
synthroid
lose 100 percent potency after expiring?

synthroid
last week and have felt horrible since. Can anyone tell me if this is possible.

Results on Armour Thyroid - Help
Was put on 50 mcg
Synthroid
, then in 2014 I started taking a synthetic compound of T4/T3. Worked with my integrative NP for 5 more years to adjust this compound to get to a comfortable dose of 80 t4/12 t3 mcg.

5 Week post ablation - Exhaustion...
I'm wondering if it' has anything to do with my endo just reducing my
synthroid
but it was such a small reduction ... I don't think so. It's the kind of exhaustion I used to get with AF (arrythmias) ...but my watch is showing that my rate is good.

Just got updated thyroid hormone results — see why I'm tired.
Currently taking 0.75mcg
Synthroid
(half at 6 AM, half at 4 PM) and taking 12.5 mcg Cytomel (half at 6 AM, half at 4 PM). I am not convinced that 0.88 mcg
Synthroid
will be enough, and that 1.0 mcg will be too much. I am open to suggestions! Thanks, Joy

Thyroid Hormone Resistance - Info
goal=0_5171b97996-8bb7cfa1f4-328868674&mc_cid=8bb7cfa1f4&mc_eid=aa37631b8d It got me thinking because I still have mold in my body due to a moldy house and Candida as well, it is probable that the 100 mg of
Synthroid
and 5 mcg of Cytomel are making no difference to me.

Why would SMALL increase in T3 meds have caused fT3 to go DOWN a LOT and fT4 to also go DOWN?
The MD put my Cytomel back to 10mcg and increased
Synthroid
to 88 mcg. This seems like the right way to go (and I am feeling much better) but I can't understand why that small increase in cytomel caused fT3 to drop SO much, as well as fT4 to have dropped. Thanks.

Strange Sensations 4 Weeks After Increase
I also switched to name brand
Synthroid
at that time for consistency going forward. I have been on 5mcg T3 since January.Since the increase 4 weeks ago it has been up and down. I had 3 good days in a row (this past Fri-Sun).

Six Months later - upcoming meeting with my MD (input needed)
After some reading in the literature, I moved my
Synthroid
dose to before bed which helped my daytime energy significantly, but I am still getting the late afternoon evening slump. I take my
Synthroid
at 10 PM, Cytomel at 4 AM, 10 AM and 4 PM (with the larger dose at 4PM).

Low T3 and Below TSH???
I am on 100 mg of
Synthroid
and 5mcg of Cytomel. I have to say I feel totally awful with all the hypo symptoms; super dry skin, major fatigue, major brain fog, outer eyebrows gone, hoarse voice, belly roll, poor breathing, bad teeth and gums....
