Should I go to the doctor?
He is still taking his
seretide
, Nedocromil, flixonase and montelukast and doesn't seem overly wheezy which is when I would usually get him checked over. The cough seems to be something new he hardly ever used to cough until Christmas so feel unsure what I should be doing. Thanks Jenny

Side effects
I am taking
Seretide
250 and have been since 2010 has anyone else had problems with joint pain or arthralgia? I had a nasty bout of flu in September 2010 and my gp changed me over to
seretide
as becotide was not as effective.

My tongue!!!
I'm only on
Seretide
250 (4 puffs a day) and ventilin (rarely). I thought it was the antibiotics (co-amoxiclav) but i have been off them for 2 weeks. I have Bronchiectasis and mild asthma. It's been going on for ages! Thanks

Chronic Asthma but Lung Function Normal
Recently its been completely out of control and i'm now on:
Seretide
250 / Ciclesonide 160 / Azithromycin 3 times a week. I've had a lung function test a couple of years ago and it wasn't that great....

Newbie to site. Diagnosed borderline COPD 5 years ago, stopped smoking 3.5 years ago after smoking up to 60 a day. Champix did the trick..
Was due to take a spirometer test last week but the nurse was not able to do it due to a chest infection, yet more antibiotics plus
Seretide
500 inhaler. After two days I do feel slightly better with less coughing. Still waiting for an up to date diagnosis.

Productive cough weeks after a cold, should I do something?
Dr then changed medication to
seretide
250 (4 puffs a day) to be reviewed in the spring. Happy with that as had another cold during Christmas and although PF dipped, it was still in the OK zone.

Is it COPD
the bedtime hours. We have seen our GP a few times now and after a chest XRAY which returned a normal result she had a further test where she blew into a tube, she does not appear to be very breathless.Following these tests our GP prescribes two inhalers one in the morning Spiriva 18 and one at night

Humidifiers
Hi, I have inhalers:
Seretide
, Salamol and spiriva. During the night on numerous occasions, I wake up with a dry throat, to relieve this I have to drink about a pint of water. Would a humidifier help me please? Best wishes Cass

Whew, quite the month
Thankfully, I was already taking Advair (which I think is
Seretide
in the UK? I'm Canadian) so I didn't have to wait for that to kick in. Now on top of that, I'm using Alvesco (which I think is the same name in the UK) until the cough improves (it still hurts to cough and breathe.

Constant sneezing and nasal irritation - reaction to Seretide
Could this be due to an allergy to
seretide
? If so what alternatives are there? thanks Martin
